I had a problem with the items I ordered, but she promptly sent out a replacement before I had time to return ship the item, and she included a handwritten note. Even though the item I ordered was flawed, I would definitely order from Wokits again. It really is a treat to deal with companies that have terrific customer service!!! |

Comments: I had no trouble ordering and receiving the dolls from wokits. My two daughters love their dolls, and I plan to order another doll for my third daughter, due in August! If you haven't seen the "knotty dolls" from wokits, and you have little kids, you should check it out. They make great baby gifts, too. L F |

Comments: Wokits didn't have my whole order in stock and I received and email plus a phone call to see what I wanted to do. We agreed to a partial order and the balance came within a week. Really great customer service. I do ALOT of online shopping and my last experience with a Yahoo store wasn't good. But, Wokits will have my business again! |
