Return Policy
Not happy with your purchase? Thats ok, we understand. We try and make the return process
as easy as possible. We have a 30 day return policy. The item to be returned must be unused and
still in its original packaging. We are unable to refund the original shipping costs. It is your
responsibility to return the item to us for a refund. If you refuse shipment on your order you will be
responsible for all shipping cost incured (this icludes the cost for the order to be shipped back to us).
If you return an order that received FREE shipping, the actual cost to ship the order to you will be
deducted from your refund. If you return part of an order and it causes your order to fall below
the FREE shipping threshold, you will be charged for the cost to ship the order to you. Orders
that are "drop shipped" from the manufacturer will incure an additional 10% restocking fee.
Software or CD's that are opened can only be exchanged for the same item. If
the item is a manufacturing defect, please contact the manufacturer of the
item, if they are unwilling to resolve the issue email us a info@wokits.com
and we will find a way to resolve the issue.
Personalized items may only be returned if they are defective.
Please include a copy of the original packing slip and your contact
information. Once the item to be returned has been received we will contact
you. For your safety we recommend that you ship them
item by insured mail or by a traceable carrier.
