Shipping information

Additional shipping charges may apply to orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii. You will be contacted regarding these charges if applicable. For International shipping contact us at info@wokits for a shipping quote. Shipping quotes are good for 72 hours. International orders have an extra handling charge of $5 added to the order. You, as the Purchaser, are responsible for any import or customs fees. If we receive a bill from the shipping carrier for import or customs fees, we will pass those fees along to you.

Shipping Policy

Please allow 2-3 business days for your item to be shipped.

If you have ordered an embroidered item or a personalized item, please allow an additional 3-5 business days for your item to be shipped.

We use Fedex and USPS for shipping, our goal is to get the purchase to you as quickly as possible.

If there is a time constraint when you need your package to arrive, please let us know and we will get your package there ASAP!

Extra shipping charges apply if you elect to use Next Day, 2nd day or 3 day select shipping. FEDEX does not deliver 2nd day or 3 day select shipping orders on Saturday. If you need an order delivered on Saturday, you must select Next Day Air AND put in the comments of the order, that you require delivery on Saturday. An additional $12 fee is imposed by FEDEX for saturday delivery; this fee is charged in addtion to regular shipping fees.

Most of our customers receive their order within 5 days of when it is shipped. Below is a map of approximately how long your package will take to arrive.
